NPA sinks teeth into Mdluli again.

Suspended former crime intelligence boss Richard Mdluli will once again face charges related to the murder of his former lover's husband, Oupa Ramogibe.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Nathi Mncube last night confirmed that Mdluli would face the music again.
"We have informed him [Mdluli] that a decision on which charges are to be reinstated has been taken. Our obligation was to inform [non-government organisation] Freedom Under Law but we took it upon ourselves to also inform Mdluli."
In 2012 Freedom Under Law obtained a court order forcing the NPA to review its decision to withdraw all criminal charges against Mdluli.
The review did not take place because of in-fighting in the NPA.
Mdluli previously faced charges of fraud, corruption and money-laundering relating to the alleged abuse of a police slush fund. He is alleged to have used money from the slush fund to buy expensive houses and cars for relatives.
